Pay Rate: £13.52 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off, 6:30am-5:30pm
Alternative Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-finish
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a well-established and growing vegetable production business based in Bilsthorpe.
This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, regular hours and the chance to become part of a busy and supportive team.
The RoleAs a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock, materials and finished products across the site.
Your duties will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving pallets and stock around the warehouse and production areas
- Supplying production areas with materials as required
- Supporting the wider warehouse and production teams
- Ensuring goods are stored safely and correctly
- Following company health & safety procedures at all times
- Keeping the working area clean, safe and organised
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and confident operating a Counterbalance FLT in a busy working environment.
You will need:
- A valid, in-date and accredited Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous Counterbalance FLT experience
- Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
- A strong understanding of health & safety
- Good reliability and timekeeping
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- £13.52 per hour
- Permanent position
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- 6:30am-5:30pm
- Alternative Monday-Friday hours available, 7:00am-finish
