Counterbalance Driver

Location: Hams Hall, B46 1AL
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16.00pm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Contract : Temp to Perm

We are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse team supporting the storage and distribution centre

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance, safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Moving pallets from container to wrap machine to the track
• Goods-in and stock replenishment duties
• Conducting routine equipment checks
• Maintaining accurate stock control and warehouse records
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

Essential Requirements

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance licence
• Previous warehouse and forklift operating experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own transport is essential due to the location of the site
• Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
