Job Description
Employment Law Advisor, EMEA & APAC

Reporting to the VP, Counsel - Employment (EMEA and APAC), this role provides expert employment law advice across TKO's operations in EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory & Business Partnership - Act as a strategic employment law partner to HR, finance, privacy, compliance, and other stakeholders, delivering clear, commercially focused advice.
  • Employee Relations & Dispute Management - Advise on grievance, disciplinary, performance and dismissal processes; oversee internal investigations; manage pre litigation strategy and employment related litigation.
  • Contracts, Agreements & Policies - Draft, review and negotiate employment clauses in commercial agreements and bespoke employment arrangements; develop, update and implement employment policies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Projects, Restructuring & M&A - Support employment aspects of reorganisations, business restructures and M&A; manage multi jurisdictional employment projects end to end.
  • Compliance & Legal Developments - Monitor legislative developments across EMEA and APAC; deliver training on employment law topics and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge & Experience - Minimum 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor in English law with a strong track record in employment law and substantial exposure to multi jurisdictional EMEA matters.
  • Desirable Experience - Experience advising on APAC employment law, works council processes and obligations, and in a live events, media, entertainment or sports business context.
  • Skills & Abilities - Practical, business oriented legal judgment; exceptional stakeholder management and communication; initiative, ownership and ability to work independently; collaborative team player; AI literate.
