Costs Lawyer / Costs Draftsperson - High-Value PI (Fully Remote)

We are working with a forward-thinking firm seeking an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson to join their team remotely, focusing on high-value Personal Injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on technically challenging work and values the flexibility of fully remote working, while contributing to significant, high-profile cases.

The Role

• Preparing Bills of Costs for complex, high-value PI claims, including multi-track and catastrophic injury matters
• Advising on costs strategy, risk, and recovery
• Managing Points of Dispute and Replies
• Negotiating costs and handling detailed assessment proceedings
• Supporting fee earners with complex costs issues throughout the claim lifecycle

About You

• Solid experience with high-value PI costs work
• Strong technical knowledge of the CPR, Costs Practice Direction, and relevant case law
• Confident drafting and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Qualified Costs Lawyer preferred, but highly experienced Costs Draftspersons are welcome to apply
