A Top 40 law firm is recruiting for a Costs Lawyer to join their Manchester or Birmingham team.

Role Overview
Our client is looking for a solicitor to deal with all elements of costs from low value disputes, fixed recoverable costs and high value complex costs across commercial and personal injury litigation. Successful candidates must have costs litigation experience.

Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate:

• At least 5 year's experience in both defendant and claimant work including advocacy, drafting costs budgets and bills of costs.
• Will attended CCMC's and application hearings to deal with all aspects of the claim.
• Must prioritise your workload effectively.
• Able to work as part of an existing team.
