Corporate Tax Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £75,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity to work with experienced specialists advising on a full spectrum of corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions, reorganisations, venture capital investments, and complex tax structuring. JOB REF: 3267.

THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for advising on a broad range of corporate tax matters including business acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations, tax structuring and clearances, stamp duty implications and VAT and international tax issues.
• Work closely with clients and their professional advisers to deliver commercial and pragmatic solutions.
• Communicate with clients, taking instructions via email and telephone.
• Conduct document reviews and report findings.
• Support the day-to day management of matters and transactions.
• Contribute to business development activities, including marketing initiatives.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Applications are sought from Corporate Tax Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE looking for a new opportunity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and ability to prioritise under pressure.
