Tax Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a fantastic Corporate Tax Senior Manager opportunity on behalf of our client, a leading and progressive firm in their Leeds office.

Perfect for CTA/ ACA qualified individual looking for the next step up in their career towards becoming Tax Director.

Will be working with an impressive corporate client portfolio (Regional, UK and international) involving a mix of tax advisory, compliance, transactional and ad hoc project work.

The Role:

Managing a diverse corporate tax portfolio
Managing/ supporting the successful delivery of ad hoc tax advisory projects
Advising companies of their tax liabilities
Provision of corporate tax advisory services (eg. Transactional work, Restructuring and Share Schemes)
Review of corporate tax compliance
Research and planning on specific projects
Business development
Attending client meetings
Mentoring junior staff
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

You:

CTA &/or ACA Qualified
Corporate tax background from UK practice
Corporate tax advisory & compliance expertise
Strong communication skills
UK Resident
