The OpportunityYou'll work closely with the tax partners, delivering both UK and cross-border project-based work while managing a diverse client portfolio. Clients range from owner-managed businesses to listed groups across a variety of sectors.You'll take responsibility for overseeing complex compliance work, supporting advisory projects, and playing a key role in business development. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver UK and cross-border tax advisory projects.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance for larger and more complex clients.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Manage and coach junior team members, providing on-the-job training and guidance.
• Take ownership of financial performance on your projects.

About You

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong corporate tax and accounting background with exposure to both compliance and advisory work.
• Experience managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Commercially minded, detail-focused, and proactive in identifying tax solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
