We're partnering with a highly respected Big 4 firm in Belfast to recruit a talented Corporate Tax Manager for its expanding tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and ambitious practice that combines technical excellence with a collaborative, people-first culture.

Working with a diverse portfolio of clients-from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate groups-you'll gain exposure to both compliance and advisory work while playing a key role in developing the next generation of talent.

The Opportunity

• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients
• Deliver high-quality corporation tax compliance services
• Provide advisory support on restructures, transactions and tax planning projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide guidance
• Mentor and develop Tax Seniors and Assistant Managers
• Support Partners with business development initiatives and strategic projects
• Stay ahead of evolving tax legislation and market developments

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified with 3+ years' post-qualified experience

OR

• Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA)
• Bringing approximately 6+ years' overall tax and/or accounting experience
• Technically strong with excellent corporate tax knowledge
• Experienced in managing client relationships and leading teams
• Commercially minded with a client-focused approach
• A confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Ambitious and motivated to continue progressing their career
