What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead from the front, heading up the Trust Tax team, delivering complex and strategic advice on trust structures, IHT planning and succession strategies. Day-to-day you will:

• Oversee a dynamic team of advisors and inspire their development
• Act as the go-to for HNW individuals, families, and trustees
• Drive compliance and advisory excellence across a broad portfolio
• Be a key player in business development and client relationship management
• Collaborate across departments, upskilling others and identifying opportunities
• Work closely with leadership on shaping the strategic direction of the Tax department

About You

• An experienced Senior Manager or Director in Private Client/Trust Tax
• ATT or CTA qualified (STEP desirable), with deep technical expertise
• A proven team leader and inspiring mentor
• Confident in building trusted client relationships at a senior level
• A strategic thinker with a sharp eye for opportunity and risk
• Motivated, professional and driven to make a difference
