Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 + benefits (dependent on experience) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time with hybrid working.

As a Corporate Tax Business Manager, you will work with a diverse portfolio of owner managed businesses, entrepreneurial clients, corporate groups and international organisations across a range of sectors.

You will play a key role in providing strategic tax advice, overseeing compliance delivery, identifying tax planning opportunities and developing long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
• Reviewing complex corporation tax returns and computations
• Delivering advisory projects including restructuring, group planning, transactions and international tax matters
• Supporting Partners on business development initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to add value to clients
• Managing and mentoring junior members of the tax team
• Building strong relationships with clients and professional intermediaries
• Ensuring high quality technical advice and client service delivery

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification
• Significant experience within corporate tax gained in practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate taxation
• Experience managing client relationships and portfolios
• Excellent communication and business development skills
• A commercial and proactive approach
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring team members
