As a Corporate Tax Associate Director in Maidstone, you'll play a key role in overseeing tax compliance and advisory services for a variety of clients in the accountancy industry. Our client is a well established and well respected accountancy firm based near Maidstone. Due to rapid growth within their corporate tax department they are seeking a Corporate Tax Associate Director.

Description

  • Manage and oversee corporate tax compliance processes for a portfolio of clients.
  • Provide tailored tax advisory services to meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring their professional development.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities for tax planning and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless client service.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and help grow the tax practice.

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Associate Director should have:

  • A professional tax or accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and regulations.
  • Experience managing client portfolios in the accountancy industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
