Corporate Tax Associate Director

You'll be joining a global, advisory-led tax consultancy where the UK business is growing quickly and Corporate Tax is a key part of that expansion. The structure is lean, which means you won't be operating through layers or waiting for opportunities to open up.

The work is a mix of advisory and compliance, but with advisory driving the role. You'll be working with large corporates, multinational groups and complex mid-market businesses on cross-border structuring, transactions and reorganisations, and overseeing compliance as part of wider engagements.

At this level, the role goes beyond delivery. You'll be leading client relationships, managing and developing a team, and working closely with senior leadership on complex projects. There is also a clear expectation that you will contribute to the growth of the Corporate Tax offering as the business expands in the UK and across Europe.
