Corporate Solicitor (Senior Associate/Partner) - Bournemouth

We're working with a highly regarded commercial firm that is looking to expand their award-winning Corporate team with a senior corporate hire for their Bournemouth office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate senior associate or partner-level solicitor to play a key role in growing and developing the corporate offering in Bournemouth, with full support from the wider teams in other offices.

The team is known for its transactional expertise, focusing on M&A, disposals, shareholder agreements, share options, and corporate restructures.

The firm seeks someone who is commercially aware, technically strong, proactive in business development, organized, confident managing their own caseload, and eager to help lead the office's development.

This role is suitable for a corporate lawyer already at a senior level, ready for the next step, whether to grow a team or bring existing client relationships into a new, well-supported platform.
