They seek to hire a NQ / Junior Solicitor who is keen to explore the specialist area of Corporate law. You will join an established team that offers excellent support, guidance, training, and mentoring to help you make an impact quickly. You will be involved with market-leading transactional work for a growing mix of clients based both locally and across the UK.

You will support the team with a range of corporate workstreams such as mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs, some private equity work, plus capital markets and finance.
