Corporate Solicitor- 4-7 years PQE

We are recruiting on behalf of a Top 500, Legal 500 ranked law firm based in Farnborough, offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor / Fee Earner to join their award winning Corporate & Commercial team.

Many matters are cross border, providing exposure to complex, high value corporate transactions.

The Role

You will play a key role in the firm's corporate practice, advising on:

• Mergers & acquisitions, exits, equity investments, and debt investments
• Asset purchases and sales, including drafting ancillary documentation
• Business disposals, due diligence, and completion processes
• Share purchase agreements, disclosure letters, articles of association, and shareholders' agreements

Additionally, you will:

• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
• Support business development initiatives and client growth projects
• Lead on transactions where appropriate, showcasing both technical expertise and commercial awareness
