Looking to develop specialist expertise within Corporate Tax while working alongside a highly respected transactional team? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Aberdeen practice advising businesses, investors and professional advisers on a broad range of tax-related matters.

You'll gain exposure to complex corporate, commercial and property transactions while building expertise in a technically interesting and high-demand area of law.

The role

• Advise on the tax structuring of corporate transactions
• Support acquisitions, disposals and business reorganisations
• Advise on LBTT, SDLT and VAT issues relating to property transactions
• Assist with employee share incentive arrangements
• Draft and negotiate transactional tax documentation
• Support clients and colleagues on a range of tax-related matters

About you

• 2+ years' PQE in tax, corporate, commercial or transactional work
• Genuine interest in developing tax expertise
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities
• Commercial and client-focused approach
