Key Responsibilities
Design and structure corporate reorganisation projects based on client needs
Advise on Irish company law implications and compliance requirements
Interpret reorganisation plans prepared by external advisers
Project manage reorganisations end-to-end, including legal step plans, documents, and cross-team coordination
Advise on company law topics including shareholder/board matters, capital maintenance, financial assistance, and director transactions
Work with clients to design and implement effective corporate governance frameworks
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' corporate experience, ideally in a top or mid-tier firm
Strong drafting skills and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice
High level of commercial awareness and in-depth technical knowledge
Excellent transaction or project management skills
Strong understanding of legal systems, tools, and digital platforms
Diligent, collaborative, and solution-focused
