Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

Working with Partners on complex M&A and private equity transactions

Managing aspects of corporate deals from inception to completion

Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents

Conducting due diligence and coordinating with wider teams

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Assisting with business development and client pitches

Working with colleagues across national offices

Profile

The Corporate Solicitor should be / have;

A solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE in corporate law

Experienced in M&A and or private equity transactions

Technically strong with excellent drafting skills

Commercially aware with a client focused approach

Able to manage workloads effectively in a fast paced environment

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £64,000 to £74,000.
