The Role

• Work on high value, complex transactions across multiple sectors
• Advise on investments, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, shareholder arrangements, and employee share incentive schemes
• Support early stage and high growth businesses in Scotland's most exciting industries
• Collaborate on deals with an international dimension - growing number of cross border elements involved
• Play an active role in business development and building lasting client relationships

About You

• 1-3 PQE solicitor with experience in corporate law
• Possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Can manage workload effectively and work well under pressure
