About the Role
You'll be joining a busy and growing corporate department, working on a wide variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. This role offers excellent exposure to high-value, complex matters alongside a supportive team of experienced lawyers.

What You'll Need
4+ years PQE gained at a reputable law firm or in-house environment
Proven experience in M&A, corporate transactions, and general commercial work
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple matters independently
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
