Corporate Solicitor

You'll be working with a fantastic mix of clients - from large corporates and ambitious SMEs to innovative entrepreneurs - across a range of sectors. The work is varied, interesting, and high quality. You'll also get exposure to corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contract matters, giving you a broad mix and exposure to further develop your skills.

Ideally, you'll have some connection to the Highlands & Islands and an appreciation for the unique opportunities and challenges that make this region so special.

I'm looking to speak with candidates who have at least a year of experience in corporate law, covering areas such as M&A, corporate restructuring, regulatory and compliance work, and commercial contracts.
