An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Senior Solicitor to join a highly respected legal practice based in Birmingham. This role offers you the chance to work on a diverse range of high-profile corporate transactions, providing expert advice to an impressive portfolio of clients.

What you'll do:

As a Corporate Senior Solicitor in this established Birmingham-based team, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on complex corporate transactions from inception through to completion.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

Providing comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and joint ventures.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and articles of association.

Supporting clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

Collaborating closely with colleagues across different departments.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Contributing to business development initiatives by preparing pitches, attending networking events, and supporting the growth of the corporate practice.

Mentoring junior team members.

What you bring:

Your background as a Corporate Senior Solicitor will demonstrate your ability to handle complex transactional work while maintaining excellent standards of client care.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ post-qualification experience in corporate law gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.

Proven track record of advising on complex corporate transactions.

Excellent drafting skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines within a supportive team environment.
