Corporate Solicitor (2-4 PQE)Wiltshire (Swindon Bath Royal Wootton Bassett Marlborough Chippenham Devizes)Hybrid Working AvailableWe are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 2-4 years' post-qualified experience to join a growing Corporate team, based in Swindon, Bath, Marlborough or Chippenham.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to undertake high-quality corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment.The RoleYou will be involved in advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals (share sales, business and asset purchases/sales)
• Corporate restructures
• Management buy-outs
• Shareholders' agreements
• Joint venture agreements
• Ad hoc company matters and corporate governance advice

You will have regular client contact and increasing responsibility for transactions, working closely with senior colleagues who support your professional development.About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical skills with a practical, commercial approach
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
