TSR Legal are currently representing a multi-office legal 100 law firm based in central Bristol, who are currently looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join the award-winning team. Our client is regarded as one of the best law firms outside of London which are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Solicitor with us, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and joint ventures, capital markets and private equity. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance on a range of corporate matters, drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate documents, conducting due diligence on behalf of clients, advising on corporate governance issues, as well as maintaining effective communication with clients.
