Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Solicitor with us, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and joint ventures, capital markets and private equity. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance on a range of corporate matter covering a range of mergers and acquisitions, acting on behalf of a range of clients from multi-nationals through to private individuals.
