The Commissioner for the Ulster-Scots & Ulster-British Tradition (CUSUBT) is looking for a welcoming, organised and enthusiastic Corporate Services Support & Personal Assistant to join our growing team.
This is more than an administrative role. It's an opportunity to be part of a new organisation with an important purpose: supporting, promoting and celebrating the rich traditions, culture and heritage of the Ulster-Scots and Ulster-British community.
As one of the early members of our team, you'll help shape how we work, contribute to exciting projects and events, and play a key role in building strong relationships across Northern Ireland's public sector and beyond.

About the Role
You'll be a trusted source of support, helping to create an efficient, professional and positive working environment by:
Supporting the Commissioner and senior colleagues with day-to-day activities.
Managing diaries, meetings, correspondence and key communications.
Helping to organise events, stakeholder engagements and community activities.
Supporting finance and governance processes, including invoices and purchase orders.
Maintaining records, databases and administrative systems.
Welcoming visitors and acting as a friendly first point of contact.
Supporting colleagues and helping foster a collaborative team environment.
