Senior Corporate Solicitor - Full time, permanent position in a busy Corporate and Commercial team based in Darlington.

The role offers a bonus scheme, annual salary reviews, long service awards, a 25 day holiday allowance (increasing with service) and private healthcare. Hybrid working across multiple offices is available.

Role Responsibilities

The successful Senior Corporate Solicitor will be joining a team that has a range of experience working in house in industry and management positions, offering advice on complex corporate and commercial legal issues.

Person Specification

The incoming Senior Corporate Solicitor will be a motivated team player with the ability to work independently and always provide excellent levels of customer service. The candidate will also be able to:
