After strong growth in the Benelux, Germany and the United Kingdom, Barter is scaling its international commercial operations. We are now hiring an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead high-value client acquisition across Europe.
Your Role
As Corporate Sales Manager, you are responsible for selling Barter's "at scale" creator marketing solutions to mid-sized and large businesses across multiple countries. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead development to closing strategic deals, with a focus on long-term partnerships and scalable revenue growth.
You'll play a key role in expanding Barter's commercial footprint, working closely with the founding team to position Barter as a strategic partner to marketing and procurement teams in Europe's leading brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close mid-to-large sized businesses that can benefit from creator marketing at scale
- Develop a structured outbound sales strategy targeting enterprise-level marketing teams, brand managers, and procurement leads
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers across various verticals
- Run high-quality sales processes: from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and contract signing
- Collaborate with the Barter operations and marketing teams to shape industry-specific solutions and pitches
- Contribute feedback and insights to continuously improve Barter's commercial offer, pricing, and go-to-market messaging
- Represent Barter at client meetings, pitches, and relevant industry events
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales, ideally in marketing, media, SaaS, or platforms
- Experience selling cross-border or multi-country solutions in Europe
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals and navigating long sales cycles
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
- Strong commercial instincts and a consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or selling to marketing departments, brand teams, or procurement
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator platforms, or media marketplaces
- Knowledge of the UGC or brand content ecosystem is a strong advantage
