We have two dedicated teams, one focused on engaging and supporting our global veterinary community, and the other on creating meaningful partnerships with brands that want to be seen and heard in this space.

We are now looking for a Confident and Driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our partnerships team. This is a new business role where you will be the one sparking fresh conversations, uncovering opportunities, and turning them into successful long term partnerships.

If you love picking up the phone, thrive on building relationships from scratch, and get a buzz from seeing your pipeline turn into real results, you will feel right at home here.

You will work directly with our Head of Partnerships as part of a small, supportive team that believes in giving you the autonomy to make things happen. This is a cold desk, so you will need to be proactive and persistent, but once you have built your base you will have the chance to blend new business with account growth.

This is a hybrid role with two days each week working remotely.

What you will bring

  • Confidence and drive to build a desk from the ground up through smart, targeted outreach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch, present, and win trust quickly
  • A strong commercial mindset able to spot value where others might miss it
  • Solid B2B sales experience, ideally from outbound roles or cold desks
  • Comfort working independently and managing your own diary across multiple time zones
  • Strong organisational skills with accurate reporting habits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Bonus: experience in specialist or niche sectors such as veterinary or healthcare is a plus but not essential
  • A collaborative approach that supports the wider Alpha Vet International sales force

What you will do

  • Prospect and develop new business targeting our engaged veterinary audience
  • Hold at least 20 meaningful client conversations each week, mostly via MS Teams calls
  • Pitch our full suite of opportunities including webinars, sponsorships, banners, email campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Build and own your sales pipeline, managing relationships from first contact to close
  • Monetise our website via banners, sponsored blog posts, and course sponsorship
  • Drive revenue through our marketing channels including promotional emails, newsletter placements, social campaigns, and surveys
  • Follow up on leads quickly and effectively
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, reporting through our Business Flightdeck
  • Attend industry events to expand your network and stay connected to the sector
  • Take full ownership of your diary, targets, and results while contributing to our close knit team

  • Monthly new business revenue and client wins
  • Progress against agreed sales targets
  • Quality and quantity of outreach and meetings
  • Accurate and consistent reporting
  • New clients added to our commercial base each month
  • Ability to spot and develop new commercial opportunities
  • Positive contribution to the Alpha Vet International sales team
