Job Description

The Corporate Managing Associate will pick up a range of work and responsibilities including;

• Advising a range of clients from AIM listed, FTSE 100 and 250 companies, investors and management teams.
• Leading on deals including private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
• Supporting Partners on deals
• Helping mentor junior team members
• Taking an active role in marketing
• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Corporate Managing Associate should have:

• A strong academic background and likely to have around 7 years plus PQE
• Solid experience in corporate law, particularly in handling complex transactions.
• Likely to already be working for a large regional , national or international law firm
• Ties to Leeds
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
