LAW Absolute is partnering with a Top 50 UK law firm with a market-leading Corporate M&A practice that is seeking an outstanding corporate lawyer to join the team on an initial 3-6 month contract, with an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside some of the market's leading corporate practitioners on high-profile and complex transactions.

The role will involve:

• Domestic and cross-border Corporate M&A Private equity and venture capital transactions Joint ventures and strategic investments General corporate advisory work Supporting an impressive portfolio of private companies, investors and businesses

Requirements:

• Recent private practice experience in Corporate M&A Strong technical expertise across transactional matters Proven ability to support on sophisticated deals Confidence advising private companies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to start immediately or at short notice Minimum of 2 years' PQE
