Corporate M&A Solicitor - Elite International Firm

Our client one of the leading international firms in the Irish market is looking to expand their Corporate M&A team by hiring an Associate level Solicitor (1PQE+).

The team predominantly acts in a lead counsel role and advises major Irish and international clients on M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital. As part of a small team at the top of the market the successful candidate will get the opportunity to build an early profile by being heavily involved in notable deals.
