BDO Ireland is seeking a Graduate to join our successful and expanding Corporate Finance and Recovery team. This is a 3 year training contract with our Limerick firm based in the heart of Limerick City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Restructuring, Reorganisation, Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Debt Advisory including investigation and balance sheet verification.
  • Preparation of IM (information memorandum) documents.
  • Market Analysis.
  • Preparation and Analysis of Financial Projections.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Honours Degree or Masters in Business, Accounting or Finance with a minimum grade of 2:1 or above
  • Task focused with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and on your own initiative.
  • Excellent PC Skills - Excel, Word and Outlook.
