Corporate Finance Associate - High-Value Deals, Hybrid

Executive Network Legal Ltd in Cheltenham is recruiting a Corporate Finance Associate Solicitor. The role involves working on high-value transactions for a range of clients, including businesses, entrepreneurs and financial institutions.

You will handle M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate advisory work with early responsibility. Applications are invited from Corporate Solicitors with around 2-6 years' PQE, or equivalent experience.
