Develop consulting for agriculture in collaboration with internal and external partners. Design and facilitate ongoing training for advisors on key aspects of agricultural business management. Take responsibility for studies, projects, working groups, as well as the development of solutions that interest you in agronomy, business economics (ETH/HES), or equivalent complemented by experience in agricultural management and supporting farming families. Ability to work independently, team spirit, and ease of dialogue with varied stakeholders. Experience in adult education as well as knowledge of German constitutes an asset.
