Based in London and operating on a hybrid basis, the organisation has a significant national influence collaborating with over 200 partners and shaping policies & strategies that impact numerous industries across the UK.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities include:

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate and business matters in an in-house Financial Services context
• Facilitate the execution of investment transactions, from early engagement with business teams in the due diligence phase through to completion
• Advising the business on various product areas including equity & funds investments
• Collaborate with other departments to manage risks and resolve disputes
• Improving transactional processes, know-how, and training
• Managing external counsel

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

• A legal qualification within England & Wales with at least 3+ years post qualification experience
• A strong understanding of Corporate law framed in the Financial Services sector
• The ability to commute into the office on a hybrid basis (2 days per week)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
