Position Overview

The firm is inviting applications for a Corporate Associate position (Full-time). This role is designed for legal professionals who want to gain substantial exposure to complex transactions, strategic corporate advisory, and direct interaction with a sophisticated clientele including investors, founders, and large corporates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Law Graduate (LL.B.) from a reputed law school.

• Experience: Candidates with a solid foundation in general corporate advisory and transactional work (experience levels vary by specific posting, generally ranging from early-career to mid-level associates).

• Skills: Strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, and precision in drafting.

• Competencies: Ability to work under tight timelines and a passion for ethical, client-centric legal practice.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Transactional Support: Assisting in the execution of PE/VC funding rounds, M&A deals, and corporate reorganizations.

• Drafting & Negotiation: Preparing and reviewing shareholders' agreements, investment agreements, board resolutions, and legal opinions.

• Due Diligence: Conducting in-depth legal research and due diligence for corporate transactions and commercial matters.

• Compliance: Advising on regulatory compliance and statutory filings under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.

• Client Management: Maintaining direct interaction with stakeholders and providing practical legal solutions aligned with commercial objectives.

Noida / Delhi NCR (Hybrid/In-office as per firm policy).
