Corporate Associate / Senior Associate

Fortune 500 company with over 60 offices in 20+ countries is looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer for the legal arm of their business to be based in Manchester (with Hybrid working) to work as part of their expanding commercial services legal team.

The firm has ambitious growth plans for their corporate and commercial offering and this role is to support the Head of Commercial in delivering strategic objectives.

To succeed in this role you will be a qualified solicitor with a strong background in corporate law with sound technical knowledge of corporate transactions and governance with the ability to demonstrate first class client care skills at all levels.
