A leading national law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join its thriving team in Nottingham. This is a rare opportunity to work on top-quality transactions within a friendly, collaborative and well-resourced team. Flexible hybrid working is offered as standard.

The Role
You'll be joining a well-established national corporate practice, acting for a diverse client base ranging from high-growth start-ups and owner-managed businesses to national and international corporates and institutional investors.
The team advises on a broad range of corporate matters including:
M&A (both buy-side and sell-side, domestic and cross-border)
Private equity investments
Joint ventures and group reorganisations
Shareholder agreements and corporate governance
Strategic advisory work for long-standing clients

You'll be working closely with approachable partners and have the chance to take the lead on smaller transactions, as well as play a key role on larger, more complex deals.

Candidate Profile
4+ years' PQE with solid transactional experience gained at a leading regional, national or City firm
A strong technical skillset and commercial outlook
Confident managing client relationships and contributing to business development
Keen to progress your career in a high-performing yet supportive environment
