Corporate Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Corporate Administrator to work within NHS Golden Jubilee Corporate Governance Department.

We are seeking an individual with previous experience of working in a demanding and challenging administration role, as well as an understanding of the NHS or a large, complex multisite organization.

This role will support the Director of Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement and Corporate Governance. It will be fast paced and unpredictable, requiring discretion and diplomacy in confidential settings.

There are several meetings that the post holder will be expected to support; therefore experience of minute taking at a senior level is essential.

The role requires flexibility, strong organisational and communication skills. You will support Executive Directors across a portfolio of high profile, critical work programmes, collaborating internally and externally.

You will handle all aspects of secretarial and administrative support and must have high proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience at senior management level in a busy organization where competing priorities are a daily challenge is essential.

We welcome applications from those with a recognised qualification in administration or significant relevant equivalent experience. Candidates must demonstrate organisational ability, minute taking experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Hours are Monday to Friday core office hours, with a hybrid working model of three days on site and two days working from home.
