Our Fribourg branch is looking for a: Corporate Client ManagerYour main missions:- Advise, adapt, optimize, and manage a non-life portfolio of Corporate clients (Property, LAA, MAPG, LPP, perform audits and risk analyses.- Gather the necessary components for calls for tenders.- Present and explain tailored solutions derived from missions to clients, collaborating with Managers and Specialists to ensure quality service delivery.- Ensure follow-up on claims and support our clients with insurers.- Conduct discussions with insurers.- Prospect the local market and grow the clientele by prioritizing a trust-based approach.- Represent the company at events and actively develop the regional network.Your qualifications:- 5 to 10 years of experience in personalized consulting and client visits Corporate.- Federal diploma in private or social insurance or equivalent.- Excellent ease of communication, listening skills, and a client-oriented approach.- Strong analytical spirit and synthesis ability.- Capability to manage situations with tact and professionalism.- Rigorous, meticulous, and client-focused work ethic.- Proficiency in spoken/written French with clarity and precision.- Mastery of tools (efficient management and classification of files).- Good knowledge of the economic fabric and client solutions, with a constant requirement for quality in the services provided.- Dynamism, team spirit, entrepreneurial sense, and flexibility.Our values:Entrepreneurial spirit, excellence, trust, and collectivity.Work location:Villars-sur-GlâneStart date:As soon as possible, to be agreed upon.Application process:If you meet the profile we are looking for, please send your complete application file to Ms. X (cover letter, CV, diplomas, and work certificates), exclusively via email.
