Milk Education is seeking a Core Subject Specialist (English, Maths, or Science) to work across secondary schools, supporting pupils' learning and engagement in key curriculum areas.

This role is ideal for individuals with UK secondary school experience who are confident supporting students in core subjects and making a positive impact in the classroom.

About the Role

As a Core Subject Specialist, you will support teaching and learning across your subject area, working with pupils individually, in small groups, or within whole class settings. You will help reinforce key concepts, raise achievement, and support students with varying abilities across Key Stages 3 and 4.

What We're Looking For

• Specialism in English, Maths, or Science
• Previous UK secondary school experience (essential)
• Confidence supporting lessons and engaging pupils
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
