Milk Education is currently recruiting Core Subject Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools and academies. This role is ideal for individuals with strong subject knowledge who are confident delivering pre planned lessons in English, Maths, and Science.

The Role:

As a Core Subject Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the absence of the class teacher, ensuring learning continues smoothly across core subjects. You will play a key role in maintaining focus, engagement, and positive behaviour within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes in core subjects across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering pre set work and lesson plans
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Supporting pupils to remain on task
• Providing feedback to teaching staff and senior leaders

Essential Requirements:

• Previous UK school experience is essential
• Experience covering or supporting English, Maths, and/or Science
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confident communication and leadership abilities
• A professional, adaptable, and reliable approach
