We are looking for a Cook Supervisor to support one of our catering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Manage the catering team.
• Maintain stock control.
• Plan menus.

Qualifications and Experience

• NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.
• Proven craft and management skills.
• Passion for fresh food.
• Previous client liaison experience.

Contract and Working Hours

Term time / 52 weeks, 52 week contract, 22 hours per week, weekend shifts.
