Join the Hospitality Team at Bishop Burton College

39 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday 10.30am to 7pm, Friday 11am to 6.30pm, required to work one weekend every four.

At Bishop Burton College, our Hospitality Team plays a vital role in supporting student life, staff wellbeing, and commercial events across our beautiful rural campus. We are looking for a dedicated Cook to help deliver nutritious, well-balanced meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service.

You may currently be working as a Cook, Chef de Partie, Kitchen Assistant, Catering Supervisor, School Cook, Care Home Cook, or in another catering role where quality, organisation and customer satisfaction are at the heart of what you do.

You'll be someone who:
  • Enjoys preparing fresh, nutritious food for a variety of customers.
  • Takes pride in maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Works well under pressure and as part of a supportive team.
  • Has experience within a busy catering, hospitality, café, restaurant or food service environment.
  • Is organised, reliable and committed to delivering a great customer experience.
