You willberesponsible forfood preparation and kitchen operations, supporting the Catering Manager in delivering consistent food quality and service.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for breakfastandlunch
• Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality
• Support and train new team members
• Manage stock, place food orders, andmaintainkitchen records
• Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork
• Assistwith deliveries and deep cleaning routines
• Supervise the team
• Adhere to food, health and safety regulations and Aramark standards

Key Requirements

• Previouskitchenbackgroundin asimilar role
• Enhanced DBS Required
