Join Our Team as a Cook for a Children's Respite Care Service in Stoke-on-Trent!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with learning disabilities?

Do you enjoy creating delicious, healthy meals that meet individual dietary needs?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team, helping to provide a positive and supportive experience for children during their overnight respite care.

As our cook, you will play a key role in delivering nutritious and tasty meals that ensure the children remain healthy, safe, and well-nourished.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing meals to the highest standards, following specific dietary requirements for individual children
  • Collaborating closely with our larger care team to create a warm, welcoming environment
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen at all times
Qualifications
  • A commitment to supporting the wellbeing of children
  • Experience in meal preparation, including catering for special dietary needs
  • The ability to work well as part of a caring and professional team
