Conveyancing Solicitor

This is a busy, full time role supporting a senior conveyancer within the residential property team.

You will be required to:

• Manage conveyancing files from start to finish
• Handle all paperwork
• Draft contracts
• Carry out property searches
• Check mortgage offers
• Prepare all matters for completion and post completion
• Deal directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and ensure all parties are updated throughout the process
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team

We are looking for:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage your own workload
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills

Excellentcommunicationskills,bothverbalandwritten,withtheabilitytoconveycomplexlegalconceptsclearly. ProficiencyinITsystemsrelevanttolegalpractice,includingcasemanagementsoftware. Stronganalyticalskillswithattentiontodetail. Abilitytoworkindependentlyaswellaspartofateaminafast-pacedenvironment.
