Job Title: Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee EarnerLocation: Liverpool Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentOverviewAn established Liverpool-based law firm is seeking a Conveyancer / Fee Earner to join its growing residential property team. This is a brand new role created due to continued expansion, offering an excellent opportunity to join a supportive firm that invests in its people.The RoleYou will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• General residential property transactions
• You will have the autonomy to run your files while benefiting from administrative support.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and experienced Fee Earners
• Able to handle files independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational and client care skills
